Learning - Week 6

Hi Everyone
We are settling back into our learning programmes after being away at camp.  Keep checking our blogspot to see the photos from camp appearing - we had some incredible adventures during our amazing week away.

We are starting to write about MOMENTS IN TIME so that we can KEEP OUR CAMP MEMORIES ALIVE!  The children are writing very descriptive recounts of their activities and are practicing using alliteration, similes, and lots of vivid adjectives!

For Science, we are learning about the states of matter - solids, liquids and gasses, and will be exploring some of these properties over the next few weeks.

Each week, the children will post learning onto their blogspots, these links should be up soon, and you can also check here for notices and events that are coming up for our classroom.

Have a great week!

Watch the video about volcanoes.

Take notes so you can create a diagram showing the parts of a volcano.

Add a comment below about one fact you learnt from this video?

Can you find other you tube clips that can help to teach us about Volcanoes?
